Leading European brand in Incident Control was looking to create a mobile application. Their core requirement was to develop three parts for incident control and management known as Core, Workflow, Fire and Rescue. It was important to analyze the complex requirements and devise a feasible solution by combining core and workflow items while meeting the below mentioned challenges:
