Based out of Australia, the client is a highly acclaimed company that leads the recruitment industry with a product catering equally to candidates as well as hirers. Though, with time the system has faded into oblivion and became dysfunctional after being in use for over a decade. Being a desktop based application, the system was plagued with issues to pull together with version updates at different sites of deployment.

Owing to its global presence, the users faced inconvenience in staying connected and updated with their respective teams at various geographical locations.
